Our Mission
To support other investors in achieving financial freedom through property investing.
Our founder, Lawrence Khen, has grown a large property portfolio for his family and in 2022 he was able to leave his corporate role. Lawrence is now committed to helping other ordinary people do the same as his family has benefited so much from the time and financial freedom that property has given them.

We have done over 35 projects of our own, and we coach and mentor clients with an interest in HMO’s, Multi Unit Blocks, Title Splits, Serviced Accommodation, Buy to Let, Corporate Lets and SocialHousing.

Tenacity – Property investing is hard and we will train you on all of our systems and processes. It will be down to you to implement these with our guidance and to have a positive mindset towards the challenges we will face.
Willingness to Invest Your Time – We will both be investing time in your development. We design our training and mentoring to work around your day job but you will have to commit to a minimum of 10 hours a month to be dedicated to property related activities.
Have a Means of Getting Started – The deposit needed to purchase your property investment can come from savings, equity in your home or through the sale of other investments. We do not advocate using other people’s money for your first deal. After that we can work with you to help you raise money from investors from throughout your network .
