1. I am unsure if I am ready to get into property but I am interested, what should I do?
Please listen to our podcast episode so you can find out about our story. We were in your position just a few years ago! If you like the sound of us then you can get in contact and we can arrange a free call with you to see if we can help you. We will only offer our paid services to you if we are confident that you will benefit from them. If we don’t think you are ready to get started we will give you a free reading list and ask you to follow us for the free hints and tips that we give our network on a weekly basis.
2. I have seen lots of offers for training online that are free, why should I be prepared to pay for your training?
If you find any high quality training that is genuinely free please let us know so that we can attend! Our experience is that many free sessions lead to an upsell for a paid weekend course which lead to an upsell for a 1 year paid membership program. We have seen people pay up to £30k for training which could have been used to ACTUALLY invest. We are different from most training companies in that we deliver one on one mentoring and training to our clients for an affordable fixed monthly fee.
3. How do I know that Foresight Property Partners is legitimate and that you actually do what you say you do?
There are lots of scam companies out there but we are not one of them. It is worth doing your due diligence on us by checking our reviews on google and by reviewing our training plan in detail so that you can be sure it meets your needs.
4. How long is the training and mentoring program and what happens at the end?
We have a structured program of what we want to cover with you and we will begin with theoretical and practical training and end with implementation. We aim to teach you everything that you need to know to establish a personal strategy and we want to have you ready to buy your first property after just 6 months of working with us. After this initial 6 month commitment you can choose to continue working with us and we will support you in growing and scaling your business.
5. I already own investment property and/or I have been on property investment training before and understand lots of the things in your training plan. What value can you add?
We actually work with many experienced investors and once we establish your knowledge level will aim to fast track you through all of our training so that we don’t waste time. We do everything one on one so we can tailor our approach to suit you and for many experienced investors this will mean we focus on mentoring. Our mentoring service will support you with your mindset, in problem solving and with taking your business to the next level through effective planning and execution.
